Enrol dates should only be provided for employees who are Eligible jobholders and have been auto enrolled in the scheme. The Enrol date is usually the first day of the pay reference period in which an employee has been enrolled.
Negative contributions must not be included in the files.

Postponement and Enrol dates should not be provided for the same employee in the same file. An Eligible jobholder can either be postponed or enrolled, they cannot be both.
Include your Pay Code and ER code in each file that you upload. These codes are essential and must match the details input by you when you set up the payroll details for your company.
Opt in dates are only required if an employee actually opts into the scheme, i.e. do not complete this data field if an employee has been auto enrolled.
The Assessment category is a mandatory field for all employees if your company has staged and the data entered into this field should be one of the following:

The employees email address will also be their username for the online system, therefore employees cannot use the same email address
